A small team, senior work, no filler projects

We are a small, senior team and we keep it that way on purpose. There is no layer of account managers between you and the client, no ticket queue to hide behind, and nobody spends their week on work that does not matter. The person who scopes a project is usually the person who builds it and the person who supports it afterwards.

The work itself is varied. In the same month you might be on a gym membership app, a clock-in system feeding payroll, an ecommerce build and an integration with something awkward and twenty years old. We take on the projects other agencies pass on, which means you will be solving problems rather than assembling the same template for the fifth time.

We keep what we build on current frameworks and current tooling, and AI is part of how we work day to day rather than something we talk about. If you want to stay sharp technically, there is room here to do it.

Roles We Hire For

Where we usually need people

These are the disciplines our projects need. We hire on ability and attitude rather than on a checklist of years, so apply if the work looks like something you would be good at.

App developers

Native iOS and Android, and progressive web apps — building the apps and the systems that sit behind them.

Software engineers

Bespoke business systems, APIs, databases and the integrations that connect them to whatever the client already runs.

UI & UX designers

Designing interfaces staff and customers can use without training, before a line of code gets written.

Graphic designers

Brand, print and digital assets across client work, from app store artwork to campaign creative.

Marketers

SEO, paid advertising and social for our clients and for us — measured on leads and revenue, not impressions.

Administration

Keeping projects, accounts and clients moving. The role that makes everything else possible.
