Overview

Built for contractors and sub-contractors

This app was built for a rendering and external wall insulation contractor, and it replaced a folder of paper survey sheets. The surveyor opens the job on site, works through the survey, photographs the property, ticks off the stage checklist and captures the client’s signature before leaving.

Nothing here is fixed. The job stages, survey questions, checklist steps and documents are all configured to how your business works — whether that is render systems, roofing, windows, electrical or groundworks.

Features

Construction project management app

Site surveys

Property details, ventilation, access, heating, existing electrics and client comments, captured on site instead of on paper.

Digital signatures

The client signs the declaration on the device. The signature and the date are stored against the job.

Stage checklists

A five stage checklist per job so nothing gets signed off before the work behind it is actually done.

Warranty PDF

Generate the warranty document from the completed job data and issue it as a branded PDF at handover.

Project timelines

Track each job from survey through install to completion, with the dates and the current stage visible to the office.

Photo evidence

Before, during and after photos attached to the job, time-stamped and stored with the survey.

Project documents

Project specific design files, U-value and condensation risk analysis, floor plans and certificates, all on the job.

Customised to you

Stages, questions, checklists and documents are configured around your process, not a generic template.

Integration

Integrate with current systems, or we build customised for your company

Contractors rarely start with nothing. There is usually an accounts package, a contracts or job costing system, and somewhere a shared drive holding every drawing and certificate. What is missing is the link between the office and the surveyor standing at the property.

  • We integrate rather than replace Jobs come in from the system that raised them and completed surveys, photographs, certificates and sign-offs go back to it, over an API, a database view or a scheduled sync. Your office keeps working where it always has.
  • Accounts and payroll stay fed Stage completions can trigger the valuation or the invoice, and hours captured on site can reach payroll, so nobody retypes a timesheet from a photograph of a paper one.
  • Or we build the whole thing If the office is running on spreadsheets and a filing cabinet, we build it end to end: jobs, stages, surveys, documents, photographs and reporting as one system.
  • You own it outright Your jobs, your client data and your evidence trail, hosted where you choose, with no per user licence rising every time you take on another surveyor.

Four existing business systems labelled contracts, accounts, documents and estimating, joined by two way API links to a console and mobile app, with a dashed panel offering a build from scratch instead

FAQs

Questions we get asked

Can the survey questions be changed for our business?

Yes, and that is the point. The survey sections, the checklist stages and the documents attached to a job are all configured around your process. The version shown here is set up for render and external wall insulation work.

How do digital signatures work?

The client signs on the device at the end of the survey. The signature image and the signed date are stored against the job and appear on the documents generated from it.

Can it produce a warranty document?

Yes. Once the job data is complete the app generates a branded warranty PDF, so the handover pack is produced from the record rather than typed up separately.

Does it work with no signal on site?

Yes. Surveys, photos and checklists are held on the device and sync when a connection returns, which matters on new-build sites and rural properties.

Can the office see progress without calling the installer?

Yes. Every job carries its current stage and status, so the office can see what is surveyed, what is in progress and what is complete.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how much you need configured. We give you a written quote after a free consultation, and we will tell you if a smaller first phase would prove the value more cheaply.
